Power of the Industrial Township Authority to make Regulations.—(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Rules made thereunder an Industrial Township Authority may, with the approval of the Government make regulations for carrying out any of the purposes for which it is constituted. (2) The Government shall have power to make rule regarding the procedure for the making of regulations, the publication thereof, and the date on which they shall come into effect.
