Appellate Jurisdiction of the Government.—Any person aggrieved by the decision of the State Board other than on matters decided by it on appeal under section 11 over the decision of the District Board or Industrial Area Board, as the case may be, may appeal to the Government within thirty days from the date of such decision by the State Board and the decision of the Government on such appeal shall be final. 1 Inserted by Act 14 of 2018 ( w.e.f. 20-10-2017). 15
