Removal of difficulties —(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion may required, by order, do anything not inconsistent with this Act or the Scheme made thereunder, which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty. (2) Every order made undersub-section (1) shall be laid on the table of the State Legislative Assembly.
