(1) The Government may appoint a Fund Manager and such number of other officers and staff as they consider necessary to assist the Board in the discharge of its functions and duties under this Act. (2) The method of appointment, salary and allowances, discipline and other conditions of service of the Fund Manager and the other officers and staff appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be specified in the Scheme.
