Revision.—The Government, may either suo motu or on application made, as the case may be, by any person aggrieved by that order, within thirty days from date of receipt of the order of the Appellate Authority, call for the records of the order passed in appeal and pass such orders thereon as they may deem fit: Provided that any order under this section shall be passed only after giving the person affected a reasonable opportunity of being heard in the matter.
