Duty of the Court regarding the cancellation of licence.—If a licensee' under this Act has been convicted of an offence thereunder, the convicting court shall send a copy of its judgment together with the licence, if it is before the court, to the authorized officer empowered to cancel the licence under this Act, for taking such action as he may deem fit.
