Amendment of section 2.—In section 2 of the principal Act, after clause (s), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:— “(sa) “RUSA” means the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha - Abhiyan, a centrally sponsored scheme for higher education;”.
