Amendment of the preamble.—In the Kerala State Higher Education Council Act, 2007 (22 of 2007) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in the preamble, in the first paragraph, for the word “experts”, the words and symbol “experts, teachers, students” shall be substituted.
