The Executive Council.- There shall be an Executive Council for the Council consisting of the following members of the Governing Council, namely:- (a) the Vice-Chairman; (b) the Member-Secretary; (c) one of the Vice-Chancellors, nominated by rotation by the Government for a period of one year; (d) five educationalists nominated under clause (d) of section 14; (e) the Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, Ex-Officio.
