Repeal and Saving.—(1) The Kerala Healthcare Service Persons and Healthcare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Ordinance, 2012 (27 of 2012) is hereby repealed. (2) Nothwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. (3) Nothwithstanding anything contained inthis Act no person alleged to have committed an offence, during the period from the 13th day of July, 2011 to the Ith day of February, 2011, is liable to be convicted under this Act.
