Short tile and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Healthcare Service Persons and Healthcare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2012 (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of August, 2010. ;
