Limitation of prosecutions - No court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act unless complaint thereof is made within three months from the dale on which the alleged commigsion of the offence comes to the knowledge of the Government or the officer authorized under S.32. CHAPTER Xi MISCELLANEOUS
