Repeal and saving.—(1) The Super Clays and Minerals Mining Company (Private) Limited (Acquisition of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1983 (38 of 1983), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. THE SCHEDULE (See sections 7, 17, 18 and 22)
