Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Super Clays *Received the assent of the President on the 5th day of January,1984 and published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 28 dated 7th January, 1984. 2 and Minerals Mining Company (Private) Limited (Acquisition of Undertakings) Act, 1983. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of November, 1983.
