Receiver to be appointed when illom consists of minors only.—Where an illom consists only of minor members, the principal civil court of original jurisdiction within the local limits of which it is situated may, on the application of any one interested in it, appoint on such terms as the court deems fit a receiver to manage its affairs till any one of the minor members attains majority.
