Compensation for frivolous prosecution.-Where the Magistrate is satisfied that a complamant had no reasonable ground for instituting a prosecution, he may direct the complainant to pay to the accused such compensation not exceedmg fifty rupees as he thinks fit and the sum so awarded shall be recoverable as if it were a fine.
