Penalty for wzljul damage to hackney camage.-Every person using a hackney carria15e who Wilfully causes any damage to the same, ~hall be liable to a fine not exceedmg twenty rupees and shall also pay to the owner such compensatiOn for the damage as the Magistrate may direct; and such compensation shall be lev1able as 1f 1t were a fine.
