Appeal.-Any person aggrieved by any order refusing regis- tration of any vehicle under sectiOn 6 or suspending a licence under section II, may withm thirty days from the date of intimatiOn of such order, appeal to the local authonty concerned and the order pas~ed m appeal shall be final.
