The Madras Hackney Carriage Act, 1911 (Act V of 1911) as in force in the Malabar District referred to in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 and the Travancore Cochin Hackney Carriage Act, 1950 (XXXV of 1950) are hereby repealed.
