The Chairman and members of the Committee shall be entitled to receive per mensem, such honoraria and sitting fees, as may be fixed by the Government, from time to time, by notification in the Official Gazette and shall also be entitled to receive such travelling allowance and daily allowances, if any, as may be prescribed: Provided that a member nominated as per clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 4 shall not be entitled to receive honorarium.] Substituted by Act 17 of 2025 Published in K.
