(1) The Committee shall annually submit to the Commissioner a report on the administration of the affairs of the Devaswom at such time as may be prescribed, and such report shall be forthwith published by the Committee in the prescribed manner. (2) The Commissioner shall submit a copy of the report prepared and published under sub section (1) to the Government and the Government shall, as soon as possible, cause the report to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
