Members and Employees of Ground Water Authority to be public servants.- All members and employees of the Authority while acting or purporting to Act under the provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of ‘1860);
