Power to remove difftculttes.-(I) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions 0f this Act, the Government may, as occasion may require, by order, do anything which appears to them necessary fot the purpose of rcmovmg the difficulty. (2) All orders made under su b-sect10n (I) shall, as soon as may be after they arc made, be laid before the Legislative Assembly for a period of not less than fourteen days, and shall be subject to such modi- ~ fie 1t1ons as the Legisiative Assembly may make durmg the session in - v.hich they ate so laid or the sessiOn immediately following.
