Ltmttatzon for certazn suzts and prosecutwns.-No suit shall be instituted against the Government and nJ suit, prosecution or other pro- ceeding shall be instituted against any office1 or servant of the Govern- ment in respect of any act done or purporting to be done under th1s 72 bAct, unless the suit, prosecution or other proceeding is instituted within six months from the date of the act complained of: Provided that, in computing the period of limitation under th1s section, the time taken for obtaming sanction under sub-section ( 1) of section 51 shall be excluded.
