Definitions.—In this Act,- (a) “ Gandhiji University” means the Gandhiji University constituted under the Gandhiji University Act, 1985 (12 of 1985); (b) “Senate” and “Syndicate” means the Senate and the Syndicate of the Gandhiji University; (c) “Vice-Chancellor” means the Vice-Chancellor of the Gandhiji University.
