(i) The Board shall meet ordinarily once in three months at such places and times as may be specified by the Chairman. (ii) The Chairman may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, within fifteen days of the receipt of a requisition in writing from not less than one third of the members of the Board, call a meeting, thereof. (iii) The Chairman shall preside over every meeting of the Board at which he is present and in his absence, the members present shall elect one of the members present, to preside over such meeting.
