A person who employs fisherman in a fishing vessel shall contribute the amount payable by that fisherman under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act after deducting that amount from the wages or other remuneration due to such fisherman, the manner provided in sub-paragraph (i), paragraph 14 of this Scheme along with a statement in Form 5.
