Power to declare landing centre, harbour and market.—(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Government may, by notification, declare landing centre, harbour and market, from time to time, for the purposes of this Act; (2) The Government may, by notification, specify the standards of physical infrastructure of landing centre, harbour and market. 4
