Appeal.—(1) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Adjudicating Officer, may prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority of that area, within thirty days from the date of that decision. The decision taken thereon by the Appellate Authority shall be final. (2) When an appeal is preferred against the decision made under the provisions of this Act, the appellant shall deposit the entire fine amount, otherwise the Appellate Authority shall not accept the appeal. (3) On receipt of an appeal under sub-section (1), the Appellate Authority shall make an inquiry in the matter and shall finally dispose of it within thirty days from the date of receipt of appeal. (4) The Appellate Authority may stay further actions on the decision rendered by the Adjudicating Officer, till the disposal of such appeal.
