Constitution of State Level Fish Quality Maintenance Committee.—The Government may, by notification, constitute a State Level Fish Quality Maintenance Committee for the effective and efficient implementation of the provisions of this Act and it shall consist of the following members, namely:— (i) Director of Fisheries —Chairperson (ii) Commissioner of Food Safety—Member (iii) Director of Health Services—Member (iv) Director of Panchayats—Member (v) Chief Government Analyst—Member (vi) A representative nominated from the Central Institute of Fisheries Technology —Member (vii) Joint Director of Fisheries — Member Secretary
