Power of Director to enter into arrangements for assistances:_ The Director may with the previous sanction of the Gbvernment, enter not arrangements with any person who employee and maintains personnel or keeps equipments for fire fighting purposes, to secure on such terms as to payment or otherwise as may be provided by or under the arrangements, the personnel or the equipmcnt or any other assistance, for the j5urpose of dealing with fire in any area in which this Act is in force. :5:
