(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Finance Act, 2024. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act,-- (a) Explanation V inserted by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 2 shall come into force at once; (b) Chapter III shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; (c) the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2024.
