(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Finance Act, 2020. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act,-- (a) sub-section (10) of section 8 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th day of May, 2020, sub-section (1) and sub-section (11) of section 8 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of June, 2020 and the remaining provisions of section 8 shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the official Gazette, appoint; (b) the remaining provisions of this Act, shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2020.
