In the Kerala Money-Lenders Act, 1958 (35 of 1958), in section 7, for sub-section (1) the following sub- section shall be substituted, namely:-- "(1) No money-lender shall charge interest on any loan at a rate exceeding eighteen per cent simple interest per annum and two percent processing charge."
