In the Kerala Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1991 (15 of 1991), in section 37C,-- (1) in sub-section (3), for the figures and words "31st December, 2010", the figures and words "31st August, 2014" shall be substituted; (2) in sub-section (4),-- (a) for the figures and words "31st December, 2010", the figures and words "31st December, 2014" shall be substituted; (b) the proviso shall be omitted.
