(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Finance Act, 2013. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, clauses (c) and (i) of sub-section (7) of section 4, sub-section (8), sub-clause (iv) of clause (c) of sub-section (9) of section 10 and section 11 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2013.
