(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Finance Act, 2003. (2) Sub-section (4) of section 2 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 1984, sub-section (2) of section 4 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July, 2003 and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2003.
