Revival of membership.- The membership may be revived on the payment of arrears with annual interest at the rate as may be prescribed within three years from the date of cessation of membership as per sub-section (2) of section 5: Provided that if the Board is satisfied that there is sufficient cause for non-payment of contribution, the interest may be waived.
