Provisions for the transfer of fund from Kissan Abhiman Scheme.- (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, from the date notified by the Government for this purpose, all amounts in the credit of the existing Kissan Abhiman Scheme for the payment of pension to the small scale marginal farmers shall stand transferred to and credited to the Fund. (2) All the rights and disputes regarding the 'Kissan Abhiman Scheme' may be decided by the Board. (3) From the date on which the Fund is transferred as per sub-section (1), the amount given by the Government annually for disbursing pension to the members of Kissan Abhiman Scheme shall be disbursed through Board. 29 This is a digitally signed Gazette.
