Meetings of the Board.- (1) The Board shall meet at least once in three months to transact its business. (2) The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be three Official Directors and six non-official Directors including the Chairperson. 25 This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/ (3) In the absence of the Chairperson, a Director elected from among the Directors present at the meeting shall preside over the meeting of the Board. (4) Any matter coming up before a meeting of the Board shall be decided by a majority of votes of the Directors present at the meeting and in the case of equality of votes, the Chairperson who is presiding over or the Director who is presiding over the meeting, shall have a right of casting vote.
