(1) This Act may be called the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Kerala Supple mentary Act, 1960. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Kerala. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may appoint under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Amendment Act 1960 (Central Act 27 of 1960).
