Amendment of section 1.—In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961 (3 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words “seventeen years”, the words “twenty years” shall be substituted.
