Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Epidemic Diseases Act, 2021. (2) Section 8 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th day of July, 2020 and remaining sections shall be deemed to have come into force on 27th day of March, 2020.
