Directors of Board etc. to be public servants.- Every Director of the Board, Chief Executive Officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 13 and other officers and staff of the Board, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
