(1)The obligation of the licensee to energise the connection shall arise only after receipt of full payment as per the demand note. (2) Before energising any connection, the licensee shall make sure that the applicant has complied with all requirements regarding safety and standards as per the law in force and that the approval for energisation is obtained from the Electrical Inspector and such other statutory authorities wherever necessary.
