(1) If any applicant is aggrieved by the action of the licensee in this regard, the applicant may appeal to the next higher officer or an officer designated by the licensee for this purpose. (2) If the applicant is aggrieved on the decision of the appellate officer also, he may prefer a petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) established by the licensee under the provisions of the Act.
