(1) The Commission may classify and reclassify consumers into various tariff categories from time to time and determine tariff for different categories of consumers. (2) No additional category other than those approved by the Commission shall be created by the licensee. (3) No additional charges other than those approved by the Commission shall be levied on the consumer.
