(1) In case the supply of electricity is sought in a village, hamlet or area wherein no provision for supply of electricity exists, the licensee shall take up the electrification of such locality as per the investment plan approved by the Commission. (2) Once electrification of such locality is completed, supply shall be provided to the applicant in accordance with the provisions of this Code.
