(1) Save as otherwise provided in this Code, the following regulations issued by the Commission are hereby repealed: i. Kerala Electricity Supply Code, 2005, and the terms and conditions of supply issued thereunder; ii. Kerala Electricity (Procedure for Filing Appeal before the Appellate Authority) Regulations, 2005. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or action taken or purported to have been taken, or proceedings initiated under such repealed regulations, shall be deemed to have been taken under this Code to the extent that same were not inconsistent with the Act.
