The Electricity Supply Code Review Panel shall perform the following functions: (a) to review the implementation of the Code with special reference to the operational problems and to submit an annual report to the Commission; (b) to assess compliance of the terms and conditions of this Code relating to Protection of consumer interests and to submit an annual report to the Commission; (c) to consider views of licensees, consumers and other stakeholders about the implementation of the Code and to recommend to the Commission, the amendments to the Code wherever necessary; (d) any other function specifically assigned by the Commission.
